Through lecture, review and simple exercises, students will learn Colorado Notary law and be able to apply or renew to become a Colorado Notary at the end of class. Current and renewing Notaries will benefit from the review and tips for avoiding common mistakes and problems. Demand is increasing, as more people require Notaries for estate planning, medical, real estate, loans, business and other legal documents. No prior legal background is required. Notaries do not give legal advice.
